- Free Delivery, in the Bristol Area and various parts of the uk, even if its a smaller order we will cover the cost of postage. (Larger orders will benefit as we will not add any additional charges for heavy items)
- Our delivery service, We will try and deliver you order ourselves but will sometimes send out using Royal Mail Post & Delivery Service, we cover cost and update tracking number once dispatched.
- Delivery Times, We aim to deliver any order as quickly as possible. Most orders are usually within 3 - 5 working days subject to stock availability. Once you have placed your order with us we will confirm your order then proceed to get your order ready for dispatch.
- Once we deliver your order , We ask that you inspect your goods to ensure the goods are not damaged, or have any items missing, or any items have been sent wrong, we will promptly have any damaged or missing items replaced.
- Although we aim to deliver your order within 3 - 5 days, We do sometimes have stock delays which will prevent us delivering within this time scale, If for any reason there are any issues with supply of any part of your order we will let you know straight away of a estimated time scale. We can then either keep you updated on the status of your order and dispatch it as soon as its available, or we can refund the whole or part of the missing order straight away if for any reason your unable to wait.
